Überteuert und ungepflegt

Das Haus ist schön groß und modern eingerichtet, aber sehr ungepflegt (innen wie außen), sodass eine gewisse Behaglichkeit fehlt. Leider hat der Verwalter bis heute nicht auf meine E-Mail bzgl. der Mängel reagiert. Wir konnten - entgegen der Beschreibung - erst um 16:00 Uhr in das Haus. Der Schlüssel war in einer Box am Haus hinterlegt, die sich erst um vier öffnen ließ. Zwischen der Abreise der Vormieter und unserer Ankunft lagen ca. 1,5 Tage. Ich frage mich, wieso das Haus dann nicht sauber war (bspw. waren die WCs nicht richtig sauber; benutzte Zahnputzer standen bereit; Flecken von totgeschlagenen Insekten und diese selber waren an Lampenschirmen und Heizkörpern; Spinnweben in den Rahmen von Türen; insgesamt schmutzige Fenster). Im oberen Schlafzimmer mit Seeblick war das Rollo kaputt - eine absolute Unmöglichkeit, denn so war nicht nur der eigentlich wunderbare Seeblick nicht gegeben, auch das Lüften war schwierig. Hier noch einige Punkte, die nicht stimmten: - kein Strandkorb (steht in der Beschreibung) - vom Steg kann man nicht ins Wasser (keine Leiter; ungepflegter Seezugang) - Ruderboot nicht nutzbar, da unter der Plane total verschmutzt - Sonnenschirm nicht nutzbar - kein W-LAN außerhalb des Hauses (also bereits auf der Terrasse direkt am Haus kein W-LAN mehr) - nur zwei Gartenliegen (das Haus ist für sechs Personen ausgelegt). Vorsicht mit Kindern: Nicht alle Gartenpforten sind verschließbar; Mähroboter im Garten, der rund um die Uhr im Einsatz ist.

Ideal für kurze Auszeit

Das Haus steht in einer Feriensiedlung, welche sich noch im Bau befindet. Tagsüber ist mit Baulärm zu rechnen. Die Reinigung des Objektes ist sehr oberflächlich, schade bei dem Preis. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet vom Inventar. Die Kommunikation ist bei Problemen etwas schleppend.
