Bad experience.

I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid. After much explaining to the hotel staff, finally managed to convinced her that our booking is legitimate. She checked and managed to find our booking via expedia.com. We got our room 404. When we opened the door, we were shocked to see a big lizard crawling on the floor. We managed to get a room change to 406. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel in Krabi.

Staff was friendly enough but hard to understand English. There was no English TV channels. Breakfast was ok set menu. Location good for downtown area and about 10 min walk to the river. Walked the river walk to the Thara Park and back about 2 hours but very nice alk.

for a short time

the shower leaked water from behind the wall, it pooled on the floor and constantly dripped into the floor waste...I had to leave the bathroom door shut so the noise didn't drive me crazy...the staff were nice and offered a change of room....well within walking distance to town and the markets...

booked a 3 person room, was relocated to a 2 person room with a crappy pull in bed for my third guest, i should have a had a normal bed... tey charged 50 baht for a extra towel .. one pillow each and 50 baht for a extra pillow ... memo to the owners those days are over to charge for basic things, dont live in the past and try to charge for little extras other hotels offer for free.....great staff so nice, policy not good very bad

Krabi town rules!

Our stay was great. The hotel staff are super friendly. The hotel is a great location for krabi town because its a little out of the main area but easily walkable. Their is a night market super close and really just food everywhere. It's not so much for the beach resorters, krabi town has it's own local charm.

Good value taste if Thailand

Excellent value for money in a vibrant interesting area lots of real Thailand. Market across the road. Aerobics in the parking lot . Excellent restaurants around. Gorgeous staff and people absolutely wonderful. Tasty breakfast.

Short stopover in Krabi Town

Stayed here for one "night" after leaving the Ao Nang beach area. 5 minute walk to Krabi Town walking street. Front desk was nice and helpful. Arranged for an airport taxi and we paid on credit card as we were low on baht. They have a small massage area/room where you can call the front desk and they will send someone over in 10-15 minutes. Slightly more than I paid all week at the beach for a foot massage, but you don't have to exit the hotel.

‘Nice’ stay

Very spacious room, breakfast set provided with free flow of coffee, orange juice, salad, etc. Shopping street and walking streets not too near, around 10mins walking by foot. Generally, comfortable stay

I’d suggest elsewhere

Our experience at The Nice Hotel was mixed. At first impression, the hotel and room were nice; however, upon closer look, there were certainly areas for improvement. For example, the toilet leaked and the air conditioning was subpar. When we first arrived at the hotel, there was no staff personnel to greet us. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone showed up. We were unable to make outgoing calls from the room and the staff spoke very limited English, which made things challenging. Breakfast was so-so, but at least it was free.

Nice quiet and clean hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel will arrange pick up from the airport for a fee. Close to great food markets and street food vendors. The staff tried very hard to please. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Immaculate hotel-great value!

The hotel was spotless. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a great night food market within walking distance and in the morning there were great food stalls right out the front door. The hotel had a nice selection of food for breakfast and they did their best to accommodate us throughout our stay. We highly recommend it for families as we felt safe. It is suitable for any traveller.
