I bòok for smiley inn but they transferred at joyous inn where i can say that it Not advisable for solo female travellers to stay in this place the room is so small and it has a bad odor sink has lick. The place where your pass going to the elevator uncomfortable to pass by alone..book for 2 night but ended up staying for lesa than 24hrs.

Great location for both restaurants/bars and also for getting around to see the sites. It is also conveniently located just 1 stop from Hung Hom Station. The A/C was ice cold and the wifi was very strong. It's a newer guesthouse so it was very nice. Endless shopping and places to eat. It's a fantastic location. I will stay again for sure.

The guesthouse is located in a good area. Easily accessible with lots of amenties around it. Rooms are comfortable but little small. Space is premium in HK. Overall its a good guesthouse.

Pros - The location is very easy to go everywhere. I booked for Smiley Inn but due to certain issue, was transferred to another hotel which under same company Comfort Guest House. Located at lift C. Prefer this compared to lift E initially. Straight for the main entrance.Room Clean. Staff friendly and can speak English. :-) Cons - Room too small, booked for family room and they claimed got 2 queen bed but I think the size of queen bed is slightly bigger that single bed. but still manage to share bed for 1 adult 1 kid.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer. Ich wurde zwar auf die 9 Etage versetzt, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass die Zimmer relativ ähnlich sind. Ich war im Comfort Guest House untergebracht. Mein Zimmer war zwar sehr klein. Wenn man aber nicht viel Gepäck hat kann man das sehr gut unter dem Bett verstauen. Das Bett war sauber und sehr angenehm zum schlafen. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht: Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Auch das Bad war im Zimmer. Man konnte sich im Flur kostenlos Tee zubereiten und Trinkwasser wurde auch bereitgestellt. Die Lage war Top, man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Der Bus direkt zum Flughafen war auch einige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden, da das Gebäude in mehrere Abteile mit Buchstaben gegliedert ist. Aber wenn man sich erstmal in dem Labyrinth zurechtgefunden hat, klappt alles sehr gut.

Value for money, cleanliness! Very good location, close to all amenities. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only slight drawback is that at peak times the elevator is crowded and you have to queue. The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend.

Great location for price. There are MTR stations, convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and grocery stores all really close by. It was also easy to get to from the airport by taking the A21 bus for $33 HKD.I mostly like the location of the property, also like the cleanliness, staff's behaviour.. I would like to stay my next trip as well in the same hotel.

タイトル通り、部屋は本来のところではなく別のところの激狭に行かされました。現在エクスペディアに抗議してますが、返信ありません、どうなってますか? 至急対応してください。 オーバーブッキングするならグレードアップとか納得できるようなものにするべきです。もし部屋ないならせめて価格を下げるとか。同じ値段で本来の部屋よりヒドイ部屋はないです。 このようなホテルは掲載しないで欲しい。 以前もローマで同じような経験しました

清潔需加強

飯店位置非常好，但搭電梯上樓要等待非常久，不方便，房間較小，浴巾都破損，入住期間似乎都沒有協助更換床單，被單上還有黃色的污漬，整體感覺清潔程度不太好。
