Wonderfully quiet location among the countryside and close to Dishoek beach. Large sunny private garden, spacious terrace with French doors.
Equipped with a private driveway and ample parking space. The house is conveniently located 1 km from the village of Koudekerke.
The towns of Middelburg, Vlissingen and the village of Zoutelande are at a distance of about 5 km,.
Well located to start your cycling trips, many free cycle paths in the neighbourhood and you can place your bike indoors with us.
The house was built in 2021, comfortable and well insulated, equipped with central heating, living room, kitchen, large bedroom and luxury bathroom are all located on the ground floor.

Toller Urlaub
Sehr freundliches und nettes Paar. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub genossen. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet. Frische Blumen zur Anreise und eine kleine süße Aufmerksamkeit war auch dabei. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.

Gemütliche Oase inmitten der Natur und Strandnähe
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und sauber. Das schöne Bad ist modern und angenehm. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und wir haben prima geschlafen. Das Haus bietet alles was einem den Urlaub angenehm macht. Es gibt auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Bei Ankunft fanden wir sogar Kaffee, Tee, Süßigkeiten, 2 kleine Flaschen Wein und sogar Blümchen vor. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe inmitten der Natur und die gute Lage zum Strand und den Städten Middelburg, Vlissingen und Veere. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stategisch gut gelegen
Ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben. Im Schlafzimmer konnte die Heizung nicht reguliert werden. Wat aber nicht ganz so schlimm. Dad Positive hat seutlich überwogen.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhäuschen
Alles hat gestimmt...das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, vielleicht sogar noch etwas schöner. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super, z.B. gibt es auch eine Nespressomaschine, einen sehr guten Bratentopf und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten. Wir waren in einer stürmischen und kühlen Herbstwoche da, das Haus wurde schnell warm und war sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Den Außenbereich konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen, er ist aber groß und geschützt.

Schönes Häuschen
Das gemütliche Häuschen entspricht dem Inserat. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Aussenbereich und trotzdem günstig zum Strand (mit dem Fahrrad max. 10 Minuten) und ebenfalls günstig zu den Städten Vlissingen und Middelburg- diese sind gleichfalls gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir haben die freundliche Vermieterin jedoch nur am An- und Abreisetag gesehen- die Privatsphäre ist also, wenn einem dieser Umstand wichtig ist, komplett gewahrt. Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
