The ski-in/ski-out chalet is located in the small village of Kötschach-Mauthen, at the tip of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, nestled between breathtaking mountain formations in the tri-border point Austria - Italy - Slovenia and blessed with above-average sunshine hours. In the middle of one of the most beautiful corners of Carinthia and less than 9 kilometers from the Italian border, sports and pleasure lovers will find exactly what they are looking for!
Just a few meters from the chalet you reach the slopes of the Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area, a small ski area with 6 km of ski runs and 37 km of perfectly prepared cross-country trails. Other ski areas in the region include the Nassfeld-Hermagor ski area with 110 km of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienzer Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 km of slopes and the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in East Tyrol with 12 km of slopes.
