Great hotel with the nicest staff. For the price the rooms were amazing, being quite large with their own kitchen. It is abit isolated so hard if you do not have transport but if you do it is perfect location. We went in the off season so the pool and kitchen were closed. Would def book again.

We had a really great stay at Bayview Hills. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for all of us after long days out exploring. The room had a nice view as well. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket they arranged for us. It made the kids so happy after a long journey, and it was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kotor.

This is a great gem . I would suggest you need a car to get about but the hotel provided its own transport to local places for a good rate. The staff are exceptional. nothing is too much trouble . As VIP customers we had a great selection of food and chocolates plus a bottle of bubbly. We we would stay here again.

Great find!

Hotel staff were very helpful, particularly when we couldn’t find a space to park one night. Hotel is in a great location as long as you have a car, not walkable to Kotor and taxis are expensive. Great views over the bay and from the swimming pool too. We would stay here again.

Really lovely hotel. Pool and view worth the stay on it's own. Rooms are lovely air conditioned and the hotel taxi service to the old town Kotor and the cable car was incredibly helpful. The wasps around the pool were a bit of an irritant but that was the only negative during our stay

We only needed a room for one night and we needed an early morning ride to Tivat airport. We’ve got all of it and better. Great place, nice staff. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and take a dip in the pool overlooking the bay.

Our first room had mold on the walls and on the AC, the host did not offer a solution when we said it and we had to demand a new room. The new room was clean but the hot water barely worked and it only remained hot for 5-10 seconds at the time, so showers were very uncomfortable. We did say the hot water wasn’t working, they did not fix it nor offer a solution. The rooms are little apartments with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (but not soap). Location wise you NEED a car, and there is parking included, but is a bit tricky to get there. It is not near any restaurants or amenities, making the need of the car even more apparent. Overall I would not recommend except if you are looking for cheap apartments and you are planning on driving everywhere.

A Warm Experience in the Heart of Winter… Bayview Hills Visiting Montenegro in March felt uncertain… but Bayview Hills made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us forget the season completely. Nahed and Serhat welcomed us like old friends… always ready to guide us with genuine care. Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words.
