I like that there was onsite parking in a gated courtyard. We are travelling on a motorcycle and so I always look for secure parking.

Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors. We didn’t have to climb stairs which was great.

If you want to check in after 1900hrs you need to download an app to receive your room key, this key also opens the gates around the property, it failed to work properly on one occasion, not the most reliable form of gaining access to your room. Only a ten minute walk to the railway station was a bonus for me.

For 1 night is fine to stay.spacious room but bad quality beds, towels, broken shower, they brought us baby cot without mattress.obviously we couldn't used it and reception not open.to not mention about the parking.we paid €10 for the night and in the morning the car was full of dirt from the tree and sticky. For 2 more hours we stayed they asked €6 extra, better to park outside or ask for better spot in the premises.good location though but next time I would book somewhere else.

Well, a lot happened at this hotel. That said, we would go back, but make sure the room was booked as requested. Here is what happened. We visited 6 rooms it total. It was a comedy of errors. That said, Thomas on the front desk, wins the customer service award. First our room was given to someone else, then in another room, the shower head was under a sloped roof at knee-height. To sit and bathe, you would bang your head. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then in the next room, after moving, the AC wouldn't work. Then, in a new room, the sink wouldn't drain. In the end, we slept. Funny, but a bit disastrous.
