Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gebucht. Es ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit einem schönen Platz zum Grillen. Die direkte Lage am Wald mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand ist super. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Kurzurlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

Gemütliche Unterkunft, 10Min bis zur Steilküste und Strand und direkt am Waldesrand. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, mit großem Garten ist hier genau richtig. Preislich absolut zu empfehlen!

Traumhafter Indian Summer

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet und zudem hat es einen großen komplett eingezäunten Garten ( perfekt für Hunde ). Die Lage im Feriendorf am Ende der Straße direkt am Waldweg ( zum Meer ) war auch wunderbar für kurze Gassigänge zwischendurch und der Weg zum Strand im wunderschönen Buchenherbstwald war einfach bezaubernd schön - der kleine Weg parallel zum Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen und dann am Strand zurück ( im November fast Menschenleer ). Zudem wurden wir sehr gut betreut und alle Insulaner sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Nur die versteckten Kosten in Höhe von 20€ p.P. für Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind äußerst unverschämt und sollten im Inserat erwähnt werden. Dort heist es "Handtücher und Seife werden gestellt".

Schönes Usedom. Koserow prima.

Ich bin enttäuscht über die gesamte Handhabung. In keiner Ferienwohnung, in der ich je Urlaub gemacht habe, fehlte die notwendige Erstausstattung. Es gab nicht ein Stückchen Seife, Salz und Pfeffer fehlten auch. Eierbecher mussten wir kaufen. Eigentlich sollte jemand vor Ort sein, um die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Ich musste sie unter einem Grill hervorholen. Service gleich NULL.

Schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Kiefernwald, 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was man eben so braucht. Geschirr, Töpfe, Gläser sind alles ausreichend vorhanden. Mir persönlich hat ein Kleiner Läufer/Abtreter zur Terrasse gefehlt. Da diese nicht überdacht ist, geht man ständig mit nassen Schuhen wieder in die Wohnung. Aber ansonsten super.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage von Koserow

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Gemeinschaftsgarten. Etwas unklar war, welche Wohnung man nun hat?! Die anderen Mieter dachten, sie hätten die obere Wohnung , nachdem wir alles ausgepackt hatten. In der Mail stand EOG, was für uns erstes Obergeschoss bedeutet. Hätten gern die Wohnung mit Terrasse gehabt. Haben dann nicht mehr getauscht. Ansonsten ist schade, dass man wirklich alles besorgen muss, außer Klopapier. Wir haben für die Folgemieter zumindest Geschirrpültabs und Bratenöl vor Ort gelassen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter usw. war entspannt und freundlich. Durch den Wald ist man schnell am Strand. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Trotz fehlender Utensilien würden wir wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.
