Apartment Emerald: The apartment is decorated in modern country style with laminate flooring and white / brown furniture. The interior was completely renovated in 2010. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. The apartment is ideal for families and dog lovers. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of living room, complete. equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with washing machine. The equipment of the bordeaux colored fitted kitchen is as good as new functional and high quality among other things with toaster, coffee machine, microwave with grill, 4-fold hob, dishwasher, freezer. From the large south-facing terrace and from the kitchen window you have a fantastic view of the meadows direction Achterwasser, barbecue.

The apartments are located in a newly built in 2006 cottage in the Baltic resort Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 persons on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, only a good 300 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. From the south-facing terraces and balconies you have a fantastic view to the only one kilometer away Achterwasser.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Falsche Angaben im Inserat

In der gebuchten Ferienwohnung war angegeben, sie sei mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Dies war nicht der Fall. Wir sprachen das vor Ort an und wurden zurückgewiesen, es keine sei Waschmaschine in der Buchungsbestätigung vorhanden. Wir zeigten die Bestätigung mit Waschmaschine etc. Da rief die dortige Mitarbeiterin ihre Chefin an, sie unterhielten sich in einer fremdsprache, uns wurde erneut gesagt, keine Buchung mit Waschmaschine. Da wir dies aber anhand der Buchung und Fotos im Inserat belegen konnten, wurde uns eine andere Wohnung zugeteilt. Eine "bessere"!Ja sie hatte eine Waschmaschine aber direkt am ersten Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das wurde am zweiten Tag behoben. Die Wohnungen werden als Kinderfreundlich beschrieben, im kinderschlafzimmer sind
