It consists of living room, complete. equipped kitchen, balcony with wooden furniture, bedroom and daylight bathroom. In addition to the bedroom with double bed in the living room is a sofa bed available. The equipment of the apple-green fitted kitchen is as good as new functional and high quality among other things with toaster, coffee machine, microwave with grill, 4-Platten-Cerankochfeld, dishwasher, freezer. Large south-west facing balcony with unobstructed sunset views.

The apartments are located in a newly built in 2007 in the Baltic resort Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 people on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and have south-west terraces / balconies with unobstructed views over the meadows towards Achterwasser.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
