This is a lovely quiet location. Villa is spacious with 4 double bedrooms with AC. Villa owner is very attentive. 5 minute drive into busy Kos town with a plethora of restaurants. Large supermarket a two min walk. 👍

We stayed here for two weeks with family members joining us throughout our stay . We met the owner the day before and were shown around and given the keys . He left us tea , sugar ect and a nice bottle of wine , a nice touch . The villa was spacious and comfortable with a good size pool , BBQ and lots of shady areas to relax in . The kitchen was well equipped with fridge freezer , dishwasher and cooker and there was a washing machine too . Sevantianos looked after us very well and sorted out a problem with a shower quickly . We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home , the cat will be missed and I’m only sorry I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye before we left .

we were in this villa for ten days. all was good but i want to mention the great experience we had with the owner. A very special person that gave to us a real proof of greek's hospitality making those days a wonderful holiday. thank you Sevastianos!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz, 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Der Pool ist super! Alles ist sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen vom nächsten Ort. Ein Supermarkt ist aber fußläufig erreichbar. Nach Kos Stadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu den schönsten Stränden sind wir zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
