The staff are absolutely excellent in this hotel. The manager Katerina is great. She is so helpful and has picked a great team. The food and drinks are good for all inclusive and the resort is very well maintained and the rooms are clean and very well designed. The addtional restaurants are also great and are a good addition Highly recommended

Would recommend booking a swim up room, it was lovely not having to worry about securing any loungers in the morning. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the staff are superb. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The only very slight downside is the food, although good it would have been handy if all the meals were labelled, not just some at meal times!

Great hotel & all inclusive is perfect with 2 additional restaurants (Mediterranean was lovely!). Food wasn’t amazing in the buffet particularly at dinner but can’t complain when it’s all inclusive! Only small thing is it would be great if areas were better sign posted so you know where things are, like the toastie/crepe stand is hidden, we only noticed it through seeing someone else. But great hotel, recommend swim up room too as you have your own loungers everyday! Had a great stay and will be back in the future!

This is the second time we have stayed and absolutely love it. There is always space for improvement in anything and as a very up market all inclusive, and the cost which is appropriate, not including certain drinks within the all inclusive package is a mistake and doesn’t feel very welcoming. Aperol spritz etc. in addition, when asking for a bottle of wine for the room is a reasonable request, not being allowed and having to make repeat trips back to the bar doesn’t sit sometimes as well and as declining as it could be. There can be a balance and guests would appreciate this I’m sure.

Für jeden was dabei. Man muss alles selber erfragen.

Cinq étoiles de moi ***** Absolutely fantastic hotel :-) The service was amazing and has the 5 star feeling, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You will need to go on a diet afterwards as the food is plentiful, caters for all taste and has you returning for more on every occasion. Highly recommend this new hotel and in particular the meet and greet lady has to be seen. She must run on Duracell batteries! She is onsite morning, noon and night and seems to have time for everyone. Five stars from me *****
