Wonderful swimming pool house in Swedish building tradition, reflecting a good architecture. The unique house is situated on a natural forest plot udn 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach Köpingsviks, which is shallow and child-friendly. The large terrace is partly under roof, there is a smaller balcony. Pool room with whirlpool and sauna. Underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom. Good equipment and tasteful furnishings.
