On the large terrace you can sunbathe, barbecue and enjoy beautiful hours. A sandy beach is about 700 meters away. It is shallow and well suited for families with children. Köpingsvik has a bakery, grocery store, smaller stores and some restaurants and bars. A couple of cozy beach restaurants offer entertainment and after beach every evening during the summer season. Everything can be found within walking distance from the house.



You will live not far from many attractions of the island. You can play golf on excellent golf courses, visit the castles of Solliden and Borgholm, the Alvaret in the north and lighthouses in the north and south of the island, as well as the zoo and Lådbilslandet, there is also a magical "troll forest" waiting for you. There are also many artists and craftsmen on the island.
