Air conditioning? There was no window open to street. The window was looking to a dark space!!! No fresh Air. The room was not 30m2. İt was only 15m2. And two Queen beds!! So no space left for customers. We discussed these problems but receptionist insisted that there is no other room. I will not use Hotels.com either in th future. 30m2 Ha ha ha.
Last point the cover of the plug was missing. Very dangerous. I have a photo.
