Tranquility

A beautiful stay in a charming town that perfectly suited our group of kids and older adults. The place is so interestingly renovated, beautiful touches and a whole lot of character. All the amenities you could need. And the children loved the kids room!

Quirky and Spacious

This apartment is tucked into a very cute neighborhood. The apartment is set over 3 floors. The layout is quite quirky but really worked well for our group of 6. With 2 and a half baths, we had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed breakfast around the dining room table each morning. Cute bakery around the corner. Best dinner of our trip across the street at the Golden Lamm. Washer worked well too. Our only complaint was the heat. It was controlled remotely and the 2nd and 3rd floor remained quiet chilly throughout our stay

I’ve stayed at the best places all over the world, but this house is definitely my favorite. The attention to detail and quality is second to none. This remodeled home is furnished with amazing antiques and modernized amenities, but kept the integrity of this beautiful historic property. I wanted my family to see a quaint & small German village - this was the perfect home and setting. I highly recommend!

The property is pristine and well cared for. Would stay again.

The town of Konigsbach-Stein is peaceful and quiet when the sun goes down. This is the place to stay if you want to relax without the hustle and bustle of the big city. The property is very well cared for. Filip was available on the phone when I needed help checking in. And I love the fact that the property has a room for children and plenty of toys.

Authentiek verblijf

Voor een gebouw van 300 jaar oud was het in goede staat. Uiteraard heeft het gebreken, zoals slechte isolatie, verwarming en scheve vloeren en muren, maar het heeft veel charme. De douches zijn voortreffelijk als ook de bedden.De locatie is niet bijzonder.

Forever outstanding

Ich war in diesem Anwesen schon in verschiedenster Begleitung mehrfach zu Gast. Begleitung waren Familienmitglieder in verschiedenster Zusammensetzung. Wer meine Rezenssionen aus vorherigen Aufenthalten liest, kann unschwer erkennen, dass es nicht unwesentlich anders weiter gehen wird. Das ganze Anwesen ist einfach großartig. Frau und Herr Fasko haben hier etwas einzigartiges geschaffen. Groß, hell, einladend, ideenreich, stimmig, und wirklich außergewöhnlich.. Man muss einfach da gewesen sein. Ich hatte beim jetzigen Aufenthalt auch persönlichen Kontakt zu Herrn Fasko. Er war gerade in Deutschland. Anfang 40, nach meiner Schätzung. Bestimmt hatten wir Beide im Vorhinein nicht vor, schon nach wenigen Minuten ein 90 minütiges Gespräch über die Kernprobleme des Seins überhaupt und der konkreten Gegenwart zu führen. Es hat sich nach kurzen Minuten zwischen dem 66 jährigen Opa und Ihm so ergeben. Ich habe viel mitgenommen aus diesem wunderbaren Gespäch. Das Haus wäre nicht dieses Haus, wenn es nicht aus diesen wunderbaren Gedanken seiner Schöpfer geschaffen worden wäre. Man erlebt es..wenn man dort ist,

Besser geht es nicht

Wir sind nun schon zum wiederholten mal hier. Aber jedesmal sind wir aufs Neue total begeistert. Wenn Du viele Stunden Autobahn hinter Dir hast und eigentlich nur ins Bett willst und dann dieses Gebäude betritts...Der ganze Stress ist einfach verflogen.. Herr Fasko hat aus diesem Gebäude ein Kunstwerk der Entspannung geschaffen- ausgerüstet mit wohlüberlegten und sehr nützlichen Details. Und wer hat schon ein so tolles Kinderzimmer voller Spielsachen in einer Ferienwohnung vorgefunden... Zudem haben wir bei jedem Aufenthalt eine sinnvolle Weiterentwicklung der Raumnutzung vorgefunden ... und auch jedesmal eine neue, sehr gelungene Erweiterung künstlerischer Gestaltung. Dieses Haus ist einfach eine unvergleichliche Schönheit

Und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Wer einmal dieses exzeptionelle Ferienhaus gebucht hat, will immer wieder hierher kommen. Es ist ein Ort erstklassiger Ideen. In jeder Hinsicht. Raumgestaltung, Verwandlung von Möbeln, Lichtführung, praktischer Nutzung, kunstlerischer Auswahl und Gestaltung. Kinderfreundlichkeit, Qualität der Geräte und Küchenausstattung. Einfach alles nimmt einem sofort in den Bann. Und bitte widmed Euch auch den besonderen Büchern und Heften im Haus... Tolle Fundgruben.. Meine Familie ist im September wieder in the House..

Einfach nur großartig

Es handelt sich um ein sehr liebe und fantasievoll restauriertes Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahr 1730. Vielmehr ist es ein um einen Innenhof herum gebautes Gesamtkunstwerk. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die technischen Geräte sind von Top Marken hergestellt. Die Doppeltürige Kühl/Gefrierkombination ist sehr groß. Die Duschen sind mit wunderbaren Struktursteinen ausgekleidet. Die Armaturen sind von klarem Stil und alle neuwertig. Alles ist hygienisch top gereinigt und gepflegt. Bei 370!! qm Größe hat man auch ein riesiges Wohnzimmer von geschätzten 70qm. Die 3*2 Betten stehen klugerweise weit weg voneinander, so dass die Nachtruhe jedes Zimmers ungestört ist. Auch Kinderbetten sind vorhanden. Man könnte noch seitenweise fortfahren, diese Gesamtkunstwerk zu beschreiben, so zum Beispiel auch die Innenhofterasse..Die auf der Internetseite geposteten Bilder sprechen ja ebenfalls schon für sich. Und ich kann bestens verstehen, dass Herr Fasko eine klare Ansprache in seiner Hausordnung zum Ausdruck bringt. Wer mit so viel Phantasie und Herzblut zu Werk gegangen ist, hat den höchsten Respekt im Umgang des dem Gast anvertrauten Hauses walten zu lassen. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier und werden sicher sehr gerne versuchen, wieder zu kommen. Ach übrigens...der Bäcker ist nur 80 m weit weg..

sehr weiträumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Unsere Familie hat die großzügigen Zimmer mit großen Fenstern sehr genossen. Es war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Nonplusultra waren die beiden Katzen, die uns Gesellschaft geleistet haben. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, die uns Tipps für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung gaben.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist riesig, sehr geschmackvoll und abwechslungsreich eingerichtet und bietet mehr als genug Platz für Jeden und alle Bedürfnisse! In der Umgebung kommen ALLE auf ihre Kosten: Natur pur, Seightseeing oder Shopping - alles ist möglich. Die verschiedenen Restaurants, Cafés und Bäckereien rund um das Ferienhaus lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Abwicklung von A-Z war sehr einfach und zuverlässig, der Vermieter super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir alle (von 10 - 57 Jahren) können Ferien in Königsbach-Stein wärmstens empfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft mit negativem Ausgang.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus wohlgefühlt, geschmackvolle Vintage-Einrichtung, für die Kinder viele Spielsachen vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war für 8-10 Leute etwas spärlich, aber dank des Geschirrspülers machbar. Es waren auch nur 5 Ess-Stühle vorhanden, deshalb haben wir uns noch Holzstühle dazu gestellt. Leider ist uns am ersten Abend einer von diesen Stühlen beim einfachen draufsetzen eingebrochen, natürlich haben wir das dem Vermieter gemeldet. Er meinte es sei ein Erbstück gewesen und hat uns direkt mal 200€ von der Kaution abgezogen. Geldmacherei unserer Meinung nach. Er war vorher schon kaputt, das haben wir dort noch kontrolliert (und ihn repariert). Und für ein zerbrochenes Glas 8€ zu nehmen, fanden wir auch sehr frech. Wir zahlen natürlich für kaputte Sachen, keine Frage, aber das war übertrieben und der Umgang und die Kommunikation nicht schön. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung.. Schade.

Charmante und liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung

Das Haus befindet sich in einem süßen kleinen Ort, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants, ein toller Eisladen, Metzger sind fußläufig. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was uns Hobbyköchen sehr gut gefallen hat. Besonders schön ist, dass unsere Tochter ein tolles Spielzimmer hatte. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig freundlich, großzügig, sehr bemüht und geben tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Viele schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, so dass wir unsere fünf Tage gut füllen konnten: Kloster Maulbronn, Tierpark Bretten, Restaurants und Braustuben, Therme Waldbronn, das Städtchen Ettlingen usw. Wir hatten Ruhe und Entspannung dringend nötig und konnten diese sowohl im Inneren des Hauses als auch auf der Terrasse bekommen. Wir kommen wieder!
