It is just 1400 meters from the beach and the center of Cavtat, and close to all essential amenities. Groups under 25 years old are not permitted.

Cavtat is a charming seaside town located only 18 km from Dubrovnik and 5 km from Dubrovnik Airport, making it a perfect destination for those looking to explore southern Croatia. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, shops, and numerous walking and cycling trails. The popular **Cavtat–Čilipi trail is just a 2-minute walk from the villa’s gate**, making the property an excellent choice for guests who enjoy walking, hiking, or cycling. Besides enjoying the beach, guests can explore the historic center of Cavtat, visit museums, or take a boat to Dubrovnik and nearby islands.

The pool is closed from November 1st to May 1st.

The private villa covers a total area of 100 m2, spread over the ground floor and first floor. It can accommodate 4+2 people, with two spacious bedrooms, both featuring double beds (180x200 cm). Each room has a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a TV. The living room is modernly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Cleaning supplies and an iron are also provided.

The villa has one bathroom and an additional toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided in multiple sets.

Guests have access to a **private heated pool of 30 m2** with an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing on warm summer days. There is also a spacious **15 m2 balcony with a sea view**, as well as a private yard with a barbecue and a children’s playground featuring a slide and trampoline.

The property offers **4 private parking spaces on-site**, providing convenient parking for guests.

A **blow-up castle can be arranged in advance**, subject to availability, as well as a **birthday cake for children’s parties**.

A damage deposit of €700 is required. Check-in and check-out are flexible. Pets are not allowed, smoking inside the property is not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected. Children are welcome, but groups under 25 years of age are not permitted.
