Get another apartment than pay for

We reserve apartment with sea view, as on this review. We pay for it, and on arrival we get another one (get some email about this during our travel to Hotel), instead of double bed, 2 uncomfortable sofas, instead of sea view (as that was the only reason we choose that apartment) view on houndrets another Hotel balconies , and small partional sea view. New room was clean, s&s personnel in local office polite, they know nothing about reason of changes in our booking. Using S&S for many years, and start to have a reason for stop it.
