Located in one of the finest resorts on Kauai, with only 60 units on five beautifully-landscaped acres of Poipu Kapili, this is the perfect home for your family vacation or couples' retreat. The entire home is airconditioned, but also is equipped with screened doors if you prefer the ocean breeze and sound! With two spacious, air conditioned bed and bath suites plus an additional full bath, complete with luxury finish out, high end furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans and drop-dead gorgeous views, you will soon forget about the worries of home and office!

You need only look outside to enjoy the ocean views from the living room, dining room kitchen, lanai and master bedroom. What could be better than enjoying a cold beverage while the sun dips into the ocean behind whales breaching or drifting off to sleep in your cozy bed as the waves crash on the shore?

Perhaps the famous sunsets and the hours of seasonal whale watching are not the adventures you seek! For you, we have a beautiful, short, ocean front walk to the sunny south shore of Kauai’s soft, sandy Poipu Beach. Morning beach walks may find you alone with your thoughts, while the afternoons you will spend snorkeling, diving, swimming, surfing and body boarding along with Hawaiian Monk Seals, Sea Turtles, and perhaps a dolphin or two who call this area home.

Pack lightly as we have already taken care of your comforts! Beach chairs are provided at the pool and we provide them for your beach time as well. We also provide beach towels.

Have a special request? Just ask. We want you to be at home here (okay, better than at home!). Sunsets and a lifetime worth of memories provided at no additional charge. We own our own property and thus can give you the individual attention that makes the vacation YOURS.

Great beach view, very clean and had everything we needed to make it a great trip! The rooms were spacious and the assigned parking was very convenient. The host was great, communication was very smooth. The only disappointing thing was that our vacation had to end, we can’t wait to come back and we would book this unit over and over again!

Excellent Stay! The condo is beautiful! Fabulous kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. With the central a/c and fans the upstairs bedrooms stayed very cool which was so appreciated for sleeping. In many condos the bedrooms are always warm- not here! Other than our own food and drinks, we wanted for nothing as there were plenty of supplies provided. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and is very clean. We were impressed. From the condo’s lanai, the sunsets were awe inspiring and the morning sunrises were set for picture taking. If you like to hear the waves against the shore, this is your place. We highly recommend for a Kauai stay as it’s a great location for driving to all parts of the island.

This is a high end property. Comfortable, all amenities as described. The communication with the owner and the manager was the best I've seen. An issue emerged with a major appliance, and it was replaced immediately with a brand new appliance. The property is next door to a resort hotel with a first rate sandy beachfront (public access is given). The view, as described, is the best. Proof? Note the resort hotel guests who walk over to enjoy the sunsets from the street just outside your lanai. Updated, perfectly appointed, and with outstanding management, it is the place for a fabulous holday.

Both the host and the property manager were great -- very communicative, very responsive, and very welcoming. For example, our flight was delayed, and they tracked it the whole way so they knew when to expect us. Then there was a small problem with the oven on our first day, and they came right over and fixed it. You couldn't ask for better folks.The place was beautiful and quiet. The four of us were very comfortable -- nooks and crannies for us all. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in.The location in Poi'pu was convenient to many attractions. The ocean was right outside the door. There is a road between the property and the ocean, but we did not find it distracting.We would definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful and exactly as it was described. We couldn’t have been more pleased with staying here and we will definitely book this property again. Our favorites were waking up to the sound of the waves and taking morning walks for coffee along the ocean. Everything we needed was close by and Belle was so accommodating with recommendations.

Excellent stay in Poipu

Our family had a wonderful time during our recent stay here. The location is excellent and makes accessing local beaches and restaurants easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella- no snorkels/masks/fins, though you’re better off renting the right size from one of the local shops). The kitchen is well appointed with cookware, but you will need to purchase any oil, spices. Lots of games, movies for relaxing evenings with family. AC in every room was great to take the edge off the humidity. We will definitely consider returning here on a future visit to Kauai.

Better in person and completely EPIC!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean, felt brand new, and had ample space for myself, my husband, our 4 year old, and our nanny. The location is completely epic, right in the center of Poipu and walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, the Poipu Athletic Club for drop-in classes, and of course the beach. The views are absolutely stunning, and the pool was great. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we really appreciated that all we had to do when we left was load and start the dish washer and remove the trash. No stripping beds, starting the washer, etc. It made our departure much easier. Thank you thank you thank you Kevin and Belle for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Whales and turtles from our lanai!

My husband and I love this property. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously cared for. Just across the street is the ocean. You can walk to Kukui’ula for lunch and shopping! We come every year and stay at this lovely condo.

Great property, superior location

We just stayed on this property last week. We were 6 friends traveling together. This is a beautiful property and a stunning location with water views all around. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the pool. The home is well appointed with every amenity necessary. Belle, who is the owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we go back to Kauai, we will definitely check to see if this property is still available for a return visit.

Wonderful stay in Kauai

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here in Kauai. The property was very nice and came with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The location was great as well. It was very close to the beach. The property manage and the owner were very nice and answered all our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Amazing View

We had a great week at this exceptionally immaculate and well stocked condo. There were 4 adults and one 21 month old toddler. Plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and grounds, but Poipu Beach was especially fun for a toddler, and it was just minutes away. The patio outside our condo was a great place to watch the ocean waves......view was fantastic.

Kauai get away

My wife and I truly enjoyed staying here. This was our first time in Kauai and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Being right next to the ocean was wonderful and having such a short access to beaches around the area was a blessing. This unit was very lovely and provided all the amenities we needed including a nice kitchen for the times we decided to not eat out. Belle was a great host and provided all the pre arrival information we needed to “move right in” when we arrived. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Kauai again I hope we can rent this place again!!
