We liked the property. The pictures were an accurate representation. It was close to the beach and a relatively quiet area. the chickens wander about although the rooster didn't wake us up.

1. Kitchen in need of skillet spatula2. Do NOT try to use microwave and toaster together when coffee pot is on. Circuit breakers fail.3. Spray for cockroaches4. Provide laundry combo and the need for quarters for washer and dryer, and prices for both5. Nothing for mixing drinks (e.g. shot glasses, etc)6. Provide instructions for TV operation. Of the two controllers provided, only one worked as far as we could tell.7. There is shampoo in conditioner container8. Add'l cooking utensils would be VERY useful (e.g. ladles, serving spoons, potato peeler)
