Als wäre es versteckte Kamera, war es nicht

Das schlimmste was mir in meinen vielen Jahren vorgekommen ist. In der der nacht vor der Anreise wurde mir die Unterkunft vom Vermieter storniert. Bin auf meinen nebenKosten sitzen geblieben. Hotelscom denkt ich habe meine Reise angetreten und bucht mir die Miete ab, obwohl mir storniert wurde. Ich renne meiner Rückerstattung hinterher und bekomme den Eindruck vermittelt dass man aus Kulanz rückerstattet hat. Mir wurde mein Strand Urlaub genommen worden, denn auf die Schnelle ( selber Tag) bekommt man nichts mehr. Nicht zu vergessen mein sohn der Sommerferien hat und auch der Urlaub vorenthalten wurde. Nach viel Diskussion bekomme ich einen 25euro Gutschein, dafür habe ich den haben Vormittag am Telefon verbracht. Ich hatte in den letzten 15-20 Jahren häufiger mit Hotels.com gebucht, aber diese Erfahrung und Umgang zeigt mir dass andere Anbieter wohl einen anderen Service Gedanken haben. Ich hatte eigentlich versucht das unglaublich schlechte Erlebnis hinter mir zu lassen, dann bekomme ich auch noch eine zufriedenheitsumfrage Unglaublich!!!
