+ Расположение бунгало прямо на пляже,цена в 2 раза дешевле соседних,убирают раз в 2 дня. - можно было бы иметь шкаф или хотя бы пару полок для одежды,приходилось складывать на пол.

Paradise!!

Our bungalow was advertised as having a tv and a fridge bit had neither. They were kind enough to put the cold groceries we'd bought in their fridge which was very kind. The bungalow was wonderful and had everything we needed. The incredible view and short walk to the beach were a bonus. Although this bay is out of the way, there are a number of restaurants on the beach to choose from. The least of them is at Diamond unfortunately.

Amazing place to chill out amazing beach wonderful sun rise! A bit far from the bars and the noise part of koh Tao but get a bike and you set up!

Wunderschönes kleines Resort direkt am Strand mit Schnorchelmöglichkeit in sehr ruhiger Lage. Supermarkt und Geldautomat auf der anderen Seite der Insel, daher Lebenshaltungskosten vergleichsweise hoch.

Das Diamond Beach ist einfaches Hotel am Strand.

Wir wurden nett empfangen. Der Bungalow entsprach dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der Strand ist toll. Es gibt mehrere Resorts an dem Strand, so dass man eine Auswahl an Restaurants hat. Wir haben viele Deutsche Urlauber getroffen.

Gute Lage direkt am Strand. Leider sitzt die Chefin den ganzen Tag am Tisch, schaut grimmig, zählt Geld und scheucht das arme Personal durch die Gegend. Das Restaurant ist sehr ungemütlich im Vergleich zu den benachbarten Bars und Hotels aber das Essen ist sehr gut und preislich auch ok. Bungalows waren sauber. Leider werden die Zimmer nicht automatisch gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht automatisch gewechselt.

Beach is nice but this resort is bad

We were disappointed :-(. We did not expected much- but reality was very sad. Place is amazing, beautiful beach, the best snorkelling place what we found in this part of Thailand but this is the end of positive points. Beach is covered by waste - nobody clean it! There are few resorts and nobody from staff did not try to clean the waste. I thing it would be task for 3 people for 2 hours maximum..... And the bungalow - really DIRTY. Nobody clean it whole time we were there. Equipment was old and mostly crashed. And staff? We did not meet so lazy and not willing people in whole Thailand... Instead of to try to make at least something better (clean the beach, repair the equipment) they sit whole day in the restaurant and watched TV. Very sad :-(

En idyllisk oplevelse forvandlet til........

Opholdet startede egentlig ganske fint. Vi fandt en taxa, og skulle nu mod vores resort. Det var noget af en oplevelse, at sidde bag på ladet af en pickup truck, og krydse flere bjerg-stigninger. HUSK inden du booker dette hotel at undersøge HVOR på Koh Tao det ligger. Vi blev ganske skuffede, da vi fandt ud af at der INGENTING ligger i nærheden. Vi følte os meget, meget fangede. Der er kun hotel restauranter, og en enkelt bar i nærheden. Denne bar var tilgengæld super hyggelig. Mener den hed Jah Bar. Vi havde booket 5 nætter - men endte med kun at være der en. Da vi vågnede næste morgen var vandet nemlig kun ganske få meter fra vores lille hytte, og det blæste helt utrolig meget. Ingen vinduer, foroven, kun myggenet, så der var meget gennemtræk! Vi 'flygtede' til modsatte ende af øen, hvor man i det mindste var tæt på restauranter, barer og shoppingmuligheder.
