Amazing, clean and comfortable hotel!
I emailed the hotel after I had a motorcycle accident and could only make it for part of the stay. The manager Sao immediately WhatsApp me and offered to change my dates but I had another reservation in another area. She organized my airport pickup as well as followed up on my health condition. Upon arrival of hotel, she took my luggage up to my room and then offered to drive me into Lamai for dinner. Sao is very wonderful as are all the people of Thailand that I’ve encountered.
Conveniently located in the Guan Yu statue square, there is great food stands, cafes, shops. I enjoyed authentic inexpensive Thai food. The greatest cake and coffee shop sounth of the hotel. Yummy
I am coming back to Thailand in November and am definitely coming back to Tangren Hotel!
Highly recommend this hotel.
