Having a room with pool access was amazing. And the staff at the bars and breakfast were great. However, our room seemed to always get cleaned last (sometimes not even before 4pm) even after we had asked for it to be earlier since we had a young child who needed to nap. This meant our room was only fully cleaned once in a 4 day stay. Reception nice enough but i am not sure there are enough staff at check out times for other queries (e.g. no dedicated concierge/tour expert). Facilities also look a little tired and could do with a paint/maintenance. But breakfast was excellent and there was always room by the pool or beach to laze in the shade. All in all, ok but not fantastic.
