Former farmhouse with romantic tiled stove, renovated with great care, in the middle of the Kaiserwinkl region in the Bavarian-Tyrolean border region (600 m above sea level). The house is located on the outskirts of Kössen, directly on the road to the Kitzbüheler Alpen, which also takes you to St. Johann and Kitzbühel, for example. You can relax wonderfully in the beautiful garden house and the romantic Walchsee can also be reached quickly. All water mermaids, hikers and cyclists are in good hands here. Activities nearby: There are two renowned 18 hole golf courses nearby and sporting activities are on offer for the more adventurous. B. rafting, paragliding on the Unterbergerhorn, high ropes course and much more Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Ons verblijf

Ons verblijf was met 4 volwassenen personen ,En baby 6 maanden .Het huis op zich lag mooi ! Alleen direct aan B weg , waardoor het levensgevaarlijk was om alleen al met je auto de weg op te draaien ! Er waren twee garages , waarvan er 1 een tracker stond ;) Binnen was het erg gedateerd , en helaas ook niet echt schoon ! We hadden wat meer regen , waardoor er in de badkamer beneden wemelde van de mieren zo ook in de keuken .Wandelen kon dus niet direct van uit je vakantie woning , waarin de beschrijving staat bushalte op 10 minuten lopen ! Nou die uitdaging zijn wij niet aangegaan !! Want er was geen stoep niets ! Alleen auto’s die met 100 kilometer snelheid langs het huis rijden ! Ook avonds ging het verkeer door .. op de benedenverdieping had je dan ook de koplampen in je slaapkamer , waardoor ons kleinkind moeilijk in slaap kwam … we hebben met dekens het licht geweerd om het donker te krijgen .Natuurlijk ook een positieve ervaring!Alles was goed uitgerust vaat wasmachine, wasmachine ;)Daardoor prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet oké !!Geen ontvangst was er , en geen eindcontrole!Waardoor we het geld maar neer moesten leggen! Uriges Haus in wunderschönen Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und es können von dort aus unzählige Unternehmungen gestartet werden. Eine extrem wunderschöne Bergwelt und auch der Walchsee ist schnell erreichbar.
