Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Königstein. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Alle Ausflugziele in der Umgebung waren mit dem Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Königstein verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster hatte man einen Blick auf den Lilienstein, die Festung Königstein und die Elbe. Eine Bahnlinie und Straße führen an der Wohnung vorbei, hat uns aber weiter nicht gestört.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war ideal für Wanderausflüge. Die Familie Menz waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war gut und unkompliziert. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung liegt in Hanglage. Man muss also einige Stufen laufen um sie zu erreichen. Für uns war das kein Problem. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit halbstündiger Anbindung an die S-Bahn. Ebenso nur paar Minuten bis zur Elbe und in die Stadtmitte von Königstein. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert. Obwohl unsere Tochter den TV kaputt gemacht hat gab es sofort Ersatz. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Ebenso Babybett und Hochstuhl waren vorhanden.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage hinsichtlich der Anbindungsmöglichkeiten, um die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Man hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Elbe, Lilienstein und die Festung Königstein. Es sagte uns sehr zu, dass es die Möglichkeit gab mit zwei kleinen Hunden anzureisen. Es stellte keine Probleme dar. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft weiterzuempfehlen und wir würden jedes Mal aufs Neue dort zurückkehren. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlte.

Schöne, komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, auch Kochen ist in der kompletten Küche bestens möglich. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut, Bahnhof uns Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufen ist im großen Edeka auch grade noch ohne Auto machbar. Der Parkplatz ist wie beschrieben, etwas speziell, aber auch mit Kombi noch zu meistern. Das Haus liegt am Hang und es sind immer einige Treppen zu Laufen, Bundesstraße und Eisenbahn verlaufen direkt unterhalb vom Haus. Der Blick von der Terrasse oder aus der Wohnung ins Elbtal ist sehr schön.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Auch die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super. Die Terrasse war ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, und ich habe hervorragend geschlafen – die nahe Straße und die Züge haben mich nicht gestört (ich lebe allerdings auch in Berlin). Mein kleiner Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt in Königstein bei Fam. Menz war sehr schön. In der 2ten Maiwoche war das Wetter ziemlich kühl, aber sehr gut zum Wandern mit Hund. Unsere Ausflugsziele waren die Bastei, der Bärenstein, Lilienstein, Kuhstall, Pfaffenstein, die Gauschgrotte und als Abschluss die Festung Königstein.

An alles gedacht

In dieser Ferienwohnung hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und ein 7-jähriger. In der Wohnung wurde am alles gedacht, sodass man von zu Hause wirklich nichts mitbringen musste. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Trotz Dachboden war es angenehm von der Temperatur (April). Die Beschreibung zum Objekt hat sehr geholfen. Die Aussicht war traumhaft schön. Wunderschöner Urlaub in Königstein

Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Menz in Königstein verlebt. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist urgemütlich und für 4 Personen ideal. An den kühlen Abenden spendete der Kamin Wärme und wohlige Atmosphäre. Von dem oberhalb am Hang gelegenen Haus hat man einen tollen Ausblick ins Elbtal, hinüber zum Lilienstein und zum Königstein. Die Gästekarten, mit welchen man Bus und Bahn kostenlos nutzen kann, sind eine super Alternative, da man viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Menz war nett und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Königstein sehr genossen!Vielen Dank von Familie Staub!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Kamin

Sehr moderne, gemütliche Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht mit sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Der Kamin ist definitiv ein Highlight. Super ausgestattet bis ins Detail inklusive Treppengitter, Babybett und Hochstuhl. Nachts ist die nahe, dicht befahrene Bundesstraße und Zuglinie zwar zu hören, aber mit Ohrstöpsel absolut machbar. Unser Kleiner hat es geliebt, die Züge durchs Fenster zu beobachten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung-freundliche Gastgeber-super UrlaubsregionRegion

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Die Wohnung bietet ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Gastgeber erfüllten uns jeden Wunsch und die Region Elbsandsteingebirge ist wunderschön !! Landschaft, Kultur, Freibad- alles super. Wer die Fewo bucht, sollte gut Auto fahren können und gut zu Fuß sein, es ist Gebirge. In der Gästekarte sind sehr viele Leistungen enthalten- Nutzung guter S-Bahn und Busverbindungen incl.! Dresden, Pirna, Bastei, Festung Königstein,Hrensko (CZ) und Decin (CZ) - alles nahe gelegen und sehr sehenswert. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert und gern mal wieder!
