There was a very large puddle right in front of the EV chargers. I was afraid it would have gone over the top of my shoes. So I went to the Buc-ees across the freeway to top off my EV. It is not every hotel that has a Buc-ees that close by!

Not handicapped friendly

Booked a handicapped accessible room but when we went to our room the bathroom was not handicapped accessible. The tub had no bench or chair plus no detachable shower head. The toilet was close to the floor and hard to stand from without any bars to pull yourself up.

I asked for a nice clean and quiet room . .They put me on the traffic side of interstate 40 . Traffic all night also the room next to us they were fighting slamming door yelling ect Two weeks ago we stayed in Holiday day inn express Morristown tn it was worse . A total waste of 500.00 dollars 👎😡
