Hotel is less than two years old an is impeccably clean and well presented.
It is also well positioned in the middle of Kochi City’s Obiyamachi mall, surrounded by restaurants, bars, convenience stores and retail shops.
It is located approximately one kilometre from Kochi Station and is an easy flat walk if you are arriving in the city on a JR train. Or take a taxi from the station - should take no more than five minutes to the front door of the hotel.
Check-in is straight forward and non-Japanese speakers receive a printed description of hotel services in English. In addition, TV menu can be selected in a variety of languages which allows easy navigation and further descriptions of hotel services.
Rooms come with all necessary amenities and there is also a guest laundry in house. Washing machines are free to use. Dryers are pay per use and cost approximately 100 yen for fifty minutes.
Wifi signal was strong throughout the hotel and is free to use for hotel guests. Wifi speed is also good - experienced no buffering issues at all whilst streaming Netflix, etc.
Would definitely stay again when in Kochi City. Recommended.

Great location, easy walk from the station, and close to shopping, Kochi Castle and other attractions..
