Loved the Serenity. Very quiet and peaceful with lovely beaches close by. Lots of wildlife. Dont come here if you want a shopping holiday.

Location great rest not so good
Not enough information how to get to hotel ie the shuttle
Check in very slow despite having our confirmation with us
Tv not working contacted reception 4 times walked to reception twice a almost 10 minute walk took 6 hours just to rectify rooms due for a update much better places on island

Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
