Beautiful resort and service was fantastic. We had a pool hillside villa and we would definitely do it again. The buggy service makes it so easy. Also highly recommend going to the village behind the resort. It added to the experience.

Lovely resort with comfortable bungalows

It's a lovely resort, with comfortable well equipped bungalows, nice food at the restaurants, with plenty of choice and some nice pools and other facilities - but you'll have to be up early, if you want to sit by the pool, as towels go out, all over the loungers at or before breakfast time and there are not enough to go around!

This property has amazing views. This is an excellent vacation location for anyone looking to relax and just enjoy the scenery. There are wonderful island excursions for snorkeling and sight seeing. The Lens Forest Spa is an excellent place for a massage. This hotel doesn’t have service by car and don’t is perfect for those looking for a remote vacation.

Incredible Hotel based near a small village that serves the hotels guests that can be bothered to walk and experience a modicom of Thai reality...grest little bars and restaurants. Hotel itself double the price it should really cost to get from mainland to Phi Phi...guess that's the norm if you don't know Thailand. Great breakfast choices. Rooms were lovely, fancied a bath though. Venture furthur round bay by road for a more realistic hotel experience.

After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows.

Beautiful location and great views. Accommodation is good if you book a villa, not so good if you have a bungalow which are very basic and old. Some of the sea view accommodation are only glimpses from the 2nd row.

Lovely hotel. As mentioned in other reports, this resort does not have a beach all day, it depends on the tides.

The beach was beautiful and the room was incredible. The spa and the bookings with the marine centre were absolutely brilliant with the booking experience and delivery of treatments and excursions. The welcome experience was good but waiting staff were a little slow especially if ordered food from the a la carte menu. The rest was fantastic over than check out experience which was rushed although started the check out over an our in advance. It didn’t help they then tried to over charge us on check out but thankfully quickly resolved. Overall would recommend the hotel for families and we had a lovely experience. Like a mini paradise
