Everything was clean and nice, but unfortunately my room was not getting any wifi signal at all. Only outside balcony by the pool or outside of the room. Relaxing view though.

The location was super convenient to get around by walking. The property is in the center of everything, yet very quiet. I enjoyed the hotel cats who greeted me each morning and evening!

One of the nicest rooms we had in Thailand. I love wood walls and ceiling. Bed was comfy and our first floor room had the pool right outside our sliding door. Staff was courteous - great stay!

We had a pool side suite, which ended up saving this property. The smell of mold was horible our A/C filter was black. (1st thing we do in every hotel is clean the A/C filter!) We stayed 4 nights and by the end we loved our stay here besides the smell of our room. The shower was very much lacking!

We liked the location - could still slightly hear the bass music - but we were on the top floor. Earplugs helped and we slept great. Low water pressure and iffy showers because they're on demand and electric. Nice pool area. No elevator - but they will help you carry your bags up. I liked the decor in the room - sensual and woody.

The place is good value for money overall. It’s in an area behind the main drag so very dark at night but still feel safe. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool was nice and sparkling. Housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. They just need to clean up the surrounds of which is a nice building as it looks like a disused building site. Close to the pier and lots of restaurants so an ideal location.

Hotel was good value for money. It was clean and comfortable. Very accessible to main walking street even though the entrance is down more of a back alley. Rooms are a bit dark, but we were not spending much time in it except to sleep anyway. Pool looked clean, but we did not use it.

Great facility, poor staff

Ideal location, close to action but not noisy at all. Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and confrontational. She could not find my reservation and claimed I did not have one, despite showing her the reservation confirmation. Eventually called her boss who confirmed that I did have a reservation.

Super clean, query and in the Center of the happening area. The Residence has its own pool and it is very clean. Staff are friendly and nice. The only problem is without lift but is still good even without lift as the staff will help you carry the luggages to the room from Jetty. The only hard time is during checkout which you have to carry own laugges down if you staying high floor. Overall stay is fabulous and I had great time. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel has various rules and tries to threaten its guests with fines on a few things. The reception staff were not that friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
