The staff was very understanding and helpful, we had a day of travel issues and disagreements- they met us with acceptance and kindness through all of it. Even though we actually gave them a bit of a hard time (so, sorry about that!)The resort is exactly how it is advertised, cleaning staff was great and wow, those guys can carry heavy bags with ease!
We noticed that other parts of the island were under construction and it was very messy on the back side of the resort. I can imagine it is difficult to get garbage or debris off of the island though. This is an authentic and rustic island stay. My fiancé and I were completely happy with what we booked.
If you are looking for some distance from the beach parties to recharge, this is your spot!
