This 500 sqm architect's 4 bedrooms villa, modern and luxury, is built on a rock peak overhanging the famous bay of Haad Yao. It offers a panoramic view on the forest and the sea with all the nuances of colors . The architecture of the villa has been thought to share with you the magnificent sunsets; that is why, its name is an obvious fact, The Dreaming View Villa.


This location is unique because nothing cannot obstruct the dreaming view between the villa and the sea; The Haad Yao village with mini market, pharmacy, restaurants and shops is only 5 mn walk.
You will enjoy also the proximity of the 2 famous beaches of the Ko Pha Ngan, Haad Yao beach and Secret Beach;

The plot is more than 1800 sqm with 2 parkings for cars and motobikes with a concrete road access and offered is lined by the jungle with many coconut palms.

The dreaming view villa will provide you all what you expect during your stay. The house is fully equipped by modern equipment for a comfortable stay and make your holiday as an enjoying and relaxing and memorable experience.
During your stay, everything is done for you. We take care about the quality of the service according with your wishes.
 Our 2 staffs english spoken, will assist you for contributing as a unique experience. They can prepare breakfast, drinks  and meals, order and deliver restaurant meals, and organize many activities we had selected for answering your requirement. But, if you prefer to preserve your privacy our staff will respect your choice. In any case, they will be available if necessary, for your safety, maintenance, gardening and cleaning in accordance with your schedule.
 
This very quite villa is built on 3 floors with balconies and terraces which overhang a tropical garden.
All the rooms are spacious with 6 meters high cathedral ceiling for the Living space and 3 meters high ceiling for the other rooms. Many facades consist of larges window doors to take advantage at the most of this incredible view on the sea and the forest.

The villa is thus very airy and benefits from the wind coming from the sea bringing a certain freshness. However, for your comfort the house is equipped with air-conditioning and completed by fans.

When you appreciate this paradise island, like us, you cannot forget the respect of our environment. We respect the nature and the preservation on the natural ressources in particularly the water. All the water is collected for the rain and re-used partially for the gardenning. Otherwise, a such building villa had in a first time damaged a part of the nature that we are now repairing with new trees.

This open kitchen is very convenient by its large granite working plans and a fully equipment to enjoy cooking and share these times with your family and your friends around the central island.
American fridge with icemaker, induction cook system, oven and microwave; Feel free to use them at your convenance.
Of course our staff, will help you for any wishes. For example, you will enjoy to drink a smoothie prepared by our staff.
A outside barbecue will complete all the equipment of the kitchen

The dining room is placed in the middle of the Space of life and opened to the terrace. Its modern table is for 10 guests.
Baby chairs could be provided on requests.

1. The Pool Master ensuite - 40 sqm

This room offers you a wonderful view to the sea and the swimming pool. Into the large bathroom, your will enjoy your shower and have a rest with its 3 jets.
During the sunset, and from your bedroom, the swimming pool and the sea seems to be only one set. You will like it !



2. The Sea Master ensuite - 50 sqm

This room offers you a nice view to the sea and the swimming pool with dobble window doors. You can enjoy your stay by having a bath into its own private outdoor jacuzzi for 2 people and appreciate the sea view at any time.

3. The Sea Top Master ensuite - 60 sqm

This upper large room will offer you a panoramic view from the top of the house. The view at 180 degrees will allow you to appreciate the jungle, the sea with the view of Koh Tao Island.
Into the large bathroom with dobble sinks, you will enjoy your shower and have an energic and relaxing moment with its 3 water jets.

4. The Sea and Jungle TOP Master ensuite - 70 sq

This upper ensuite bedroom offers you a total view of the sea and all around the house, but not only. A large private place with luxuriant plants will allow you to have a rest into a comfortable hammock or onto a long chair. A jacuzzi for 2 peoples will complete this private and wonderfull area.

The large terrace will allow you to have a rest onto the Hammock, into the long chair. You can also have a drink with the garden sofa.

We know to build you house can modify the landspace. That’s the reason we had created a garden with new plants, flowers and trees.
We had installed the Barbecue in order to avoid all smoked into the house for your comfort.
You  will  enjoy  the sitting place , overlooking the property  and   the landscape.
To be with the nature and keep you away, a large hammock is at your disposal.
