A great house for a trip to Knoxville! The hosts are very communicative and the house worked perfectly for a girl's trip.

Great house, Great location

House is very nice and very clean. Host is very responsive, welcomed us, and asked us to contact him if we needed anything. Beds were comfy. There were 7 of us, and the house was just perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped, including spices. Snacks and coffee were there for us to enjoy too! We came for the dogwood festival. House was in a great location for us. In a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Close to West Town mall area and convenient to Knoxville and surrounding areas. Nice towels and linens and clean look inside. Small patio if the weather is nice.

Amazing stay with super helpful property manager

We had an amazing stay, and the property manager made it even better! He was incredibly helpful and responsive. When we needed a lightbulb replaced and some extra linens and toiletries, he came by quickly and took care of everything. Communication was seamless—he was always quick to respond via text. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Highly recommend this property, thanks to the fantastic management!

Great place to stay for a family getaway!

We planned to visit Knoxville for the first time as a family. We chose this property for the close proximity to a family we were visiting, and for the nice looking decor and arrangement of rooms. The kitchen is great to be able to prepare our own meals and not eat out all the time. We enjoyed eating on the deck as well. The spacious yard is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt safe going for walks. The house is clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated clear communication with the host as well.
