The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Our biggest complaints are breakfast - very few vegetarian choices. Please offer breakfast potatoes or hash browns to have something filling and hot for breakfast. Also, no plastic or aluminum recycling. We took our recyclables with us.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Tru by Hilton! The moment I walked in, I was taken by the aesthetics—the bright, clean, modern colors and the overall vibe of the hotel felt so refreshing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even though we only stayed one night, it truly felt like a getaway. But what made the experience exceptional was Michelle. Her service, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness were unmatched. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. People like her are the reason guests come back. Even though our stay was short, I genuinely wished we had more time. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

Staff and the amenities were excellent! A great value for the money. I will always be looking for a Tru when I travel. The only thing that I was not completely happy with was the up charge for my dog to stay with me. That should be upfront.
