My experience here was very mixed. Overall, the stay was really nice and we enjoyed our time. The things that went well were the room was spacious and comfortable and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly! The not so great things were the lack of help with luggage by the valet staff both arriving and departing the hotel, nonworking items (the reading lamp), and the insufficient cleanliness of the room (there was trash and dust in various places). For the cost of the room, I expected more

There was more things in the room that didn’t work properly then ones that worked as it was supposed to. The internet was out my entire stay. Come to find out it had been out days before I arrived to the property. No notification or information on it until I called management later that night. That’s when I finally learned of the internet being out days before my stay. Food was overpriced. Once I tried the food I realized I’d get better quality food from Burger King. This was supposed to be a relaxing stay but turned into nothing of the sort. I will not recommend or stay at any location with this name ever again. I also didn’t get the room I already paid for when I arrived. They set the check in time but don’t expect your room to be ready once you arrive at that time. They will just pass it along as if nothing is different. I hope everyone has a better experience with this property. But I wouldn’t risk it just stay somewhere that actually has a nice hotel that knows how to fulfill the expectations of guests that pay them to stay.

Concierge was amazing! Room was great but bathroom was a standout! Loved it. Loved valet parking folks and that they had a car to take us to local restaurants and a run to Walgreens for some things we needed.

Room was on the second floor next to the restaurant. The smell of bacon woke me up every morning at 5am! Also the fitness center is on that level with noise so I don't recommend accepting any room on the second floor. Otherwise it was a nice room and pleasant staff.
