Fantastic Weekend
We came to town for a VOLS game. This property was super cute! Loved every bit of it. Linens were top notch, house had so much character and the porch was lovely in the mornings and evening to just sit and relax. We will definitely be booking here again in the future.

UTK Freshman Dropoff
I waited until the last minute to find a place to stay while we helped my son move in to the dorm at UTK. Thankfully we were able to secure this gem of a place. Not only was the pricing great, but every little detail was taken care of with this beautiful house. We did not lack for anything. Communication was excellent and very timely. We highly recommend this place to others and would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you for helping make this dropoff seamless!
