I do not normally write reviews but I feel it is a must for this host and property. The experience was outstandingly courteous, considerate, comfortable and clean!Having a family member with severe, life-threatening allergies, it is hard to find a host who considers this potential health concern in their property. So I was blown away (and thankful) to find out just how much thought this host put into potential guests who may have allergies—having no fragrances, no pets, even down to how they launder the sheets! And when we arrived, everything was even better than expected. The system for getting the key is simple and convenient. This made it possible for our group to leave and return at-will without being dependent on one person with the key. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has all of the necessities and some nice extras. And most of all—it was clean!! I cannot stress how much that is appreciated. And before we even booked, the level of communication put me at ease about booking with this host. The promptness and detail in answering questions was impressive enough. But this host has mastered the balance of communication that lets them stay in touch with the guest but not do so in a way that is annoying. And they do not make you feel like a stranger or just a name on a booking. The level of kindness and consideration makes you feel as though you have known them for years. I wish all properties and hosts were at the level we experienced here.
