this property was dingy and old. I had never stayed at a Mainstay Suites and was disappointed. the person who checked me in could not find my info. the room was small and strange. No breakfast either

The gentleman who checked us in/out was courteous and efficient. But the room, including the beds, had ants everywhere. We were offered another room, but chose to go to another hotel. The gentleman advised on how we got our refund, since we used a third party (hotels.com) to book. Refund was quick. Can’t give the hotel a good review because of the ants…but the gentleman was helpful and kind.

the room was nice however I requested a nonsmoking room, and it has a very strong stink of cigar, every time that I got inside the room seemed like someone was smoking inside just a few minutes before. Thats how strong the smell was.

Poor quality

Had to change rooms because the shower didn’t work. Overall workmanship of rooms looked like it was done by a grade school kid. Cleanliness was not good as well.

Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our travel needs-- kitchenette allowed us to cook our own meal and store everything in the full-size refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and willing to give us information about the hotel and the area. We enjoyed our stay!
