The whole facility was clean and tidy. The pet friendly room had a pleasant smell. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful fresh and helpful. Great location. First time to bring our pet with us. Our mini Aussie doodle lady bed being with us. First elevator ride went well.

Whoever redesigned these rooms forgot to face the tv to the bed. On vacation we like to relax on the bed and watch tv, not possible here. TV faces 90 degrees from bed. WE found this room unsuitable. The gracious staff moved us to another room, which was somewhat better, but I don't think I'll consider Hampton Inn on my next trip. The staff were great and very helpful and I appreciate that.

My only complaint would be that we couldn’t figure out the channels on the tv. Everything else was excellent. The next time we visit Knoxville, we will stay here! It’s convenient to everything!
