Each of the three bedrooms includes blackout curtains and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom. One guest bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a twin daybed with a trundle. These two share the hall bathroom. The dedicated workspace with a desk and rolling office chair can be found in the third bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes:

-Blender
-Mixing bowls, measuring cups
-Assortment of baking dishes
-Assortment of cooking utensils

The dining room includes a drop leaf table which opens to create a larger table with seating for 4. The bar has seating for 2. There is a coffee station in this area as well.

There is a stack washer/dryer in the house. Please note the dryer is a ventless/heat pump - while this is better for your clothes and the environment, it does increase the drying time.

There is off-street parking for ONLY two vehicles, however this driveway is on a somewhat steep hill and it is best to drive out straight (not back out) of the driveway due to obstructions toward the bottom.

Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house. It is child and infant friendly, but there is no crib or other infant amenities.

The main entrance to this upstairs house is through the backyard and back door. This is the only entrance your personalized code will open. There are only seven steps up to the porch.

**This is a split level house, with a separate downstairs apartment that is currently being renovated into a downstairs apartment. The downstairs unit *MAY* be occupied by the owner during your visit, depending on certain dates - please reach out if you'd like to know. There are NO SHARED spaces - except the driveway. The backyard and all areas of the house are private.
