This motel is trashy. The floors are filthy. The linens are dirty. The bathrooms are so gross that we opted not to shower. I saw a bug that looked like a little cockroach. There was a guy standing outside our room in the middle of the night smoking and talking loudly on his phone. We had to yell at him to go away. The trucks all use their jake brake at that point of the highway, so it’s ridiculously noisy all night. It was impossible to sleep and I did not feel safe. Avoid this place!!!
The dirt that I washed off my feet from walking on the filthy floors.
Absolutely no insulation to the outside.
A bug I killed in the bathroom.

You get what you pay for. Room was good, but bath & toilet area could use a good cleaning & repair. If you like cereal & coffee, you might think breakfast is sufficient. Poor nights sleep from all the noise of traffic from the highway.

Room was aweful.. there was BUGS in the bed and Roaches in the floor and in the bed... they gave us another room and there was bugs in that bed also. Looked like they tried to spray them. Guy at desk didnt speak great english and never even offered me a refund. I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone to stay.

severely limited breakfast. broken chair. Very noisy (couple hundred feet from interstate. Toilet not secured properly to floor, but great price, access to I-40, clean and the most comfortable hotel bed i've ever slept on (up there with 5 star) parking just outside the door = easy load in. Easy check in too. I will stay there again, but ask for a room on the side of the building away from the highway. No elevators so ask for ground floor.

Absolutely filthy room. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The toilet, sink, shower and floors were so gross. My son was walking on the floor after his shower and the bottom of his feet were black from all the dirt. The sheets had stains all over. We switched rooms and the second room wasn’t much better. Super noisy from the freeway. The room is not soundproof. It was almost midnight so we had to stay there otherwise I would of gone to a different hotel.

I was charged twice.. And now having to fight with them.. There was a problem of German roaches in the bathroom noticed some in the bathroom.. most lightbulbs weren’t working or even in the room.. smoke detector was pulled out of the wall..

The room had no seal around door could see right through it. Noise from other guests late in the night. Cigarette and marijuana smoke through air conditioner/heat vent all night and day. Toilet had shim and was still wobbly. Desk chair arm broken. I didn’t sleep one good night on the three nights I was there. Felt unsafe

Days in had me check in online prior to arrival. Took picture of drivers license and my CC information, to make the process faster. When we arrived I still had to do everything like usual to check in. What is the point of prior check in if I have to do it all over when I arrive??
