The room was clean and the young lady at the front desk was polite, courteous, and, professional. The refrigerator needs defrosting, the sink needs some draino, and the screw is falling out of the shower handle cover.

The whole place was clean and very welcoming. It had a great fresh smell also. John the desk clerk was extremely nice to us and stated that when we came in “the universe spoke to him” and gave us a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite on floor 2. It was huge and very unexpected. Thank you John for your kindness.
