This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to Ă„re lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough

Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Julbordet var vÀldigt dyrt med tanke pÄ att den Àr medelmÄttig. Dessutom gjorde det lÄnga köandet att man tröttnade. Hotellet Àr jÀttestort med jÀttemÄnga gÀster, kanske borde man delat upp i fler sittningar. BassÀngerna tar man ocksÄ överpris för med tanke pÄ att det Àr kallt, ouppdaterat och trÄngt. (270 spÀnn per dag) Att man inte bara kan betala för gym utan det ska bakas ihop med upplevelsebad Àr ocksÄ fult. De skulle ha sÄ mycket att vinna pÄ om de hade en prisnivÄ som motsvarar det man fÄr, sÄ man som gÀst inte kÀnner sig luras. Rummen Àr helt ok, Àven frukosten. Personalen var jÀttetrevlig.
