The separate apartment is located on the top floor of our house and is accessible separately via a staircase in the porch. The house is on a large, unfriedeten private land with a safe parking for cars and shelter for bicycles in a quiet remoteness of the place. The park-like setting offers the fishing pond, barbecue and Räucherplatz also plenty of space for relaxing and undisturbed sunbathing. The apartment consists of a large combined living / bedroom, which u. a. with a cozy couch corner, double bed (180x200, separate mattresses) and a TV-SAT system is equipped. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe. The mini kitchen includes all the necessary utensils for food preparation and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In addition, the laundry drying and vacationers seating area can be used on the property. Existing fruit trees and shrubs invite to nibble and a pond for.
