"The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful but we felt the price doesn't really match the services and facilities. The hotel room didn't even have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which is a standard anywhere else. Somehow we ended up having a kitchenette but no plates, no cutlery, no kitchenware ..."
