Will not be staying at this hotel again. At reception they did not speak English and was not sure of who or what I was there for. Wanted payment in CASH !! told them no and had t be escorted to the top floor to get make payment. Was not shown where (if there was one) the restaurant was or where and when breakfast was served. My room was not cleaned and bed made up for my 2nd night and overall not good.

De lift was minder prettig de 1 gaat tot 5 de ander tot 6.. Moet dus eerst de een naar de bg nemen om de ander naar 6 te pakken. Service van t spaanse vrouwtje was top!

1. Zimmer Toilette sehr dreckig!!! Insgesamt eine sehr ungenügende Situation! 2. Zimmer dreckige Toilette, im Bad fehlten Hygienebeutel, Kosmetiktücher, Duschgel, Bett wirkte ebenfalls nicht sauber! 3. Fenster dreckig! 4. Sehr heiss im Zimmer! !!!als ich nachts ins Hotel wollte, passte der Schlüssel nicht! Ich stand um 0:30 davor und musste Menschen des Pflegeheims rausrufen. Die Aufzüge sind nicht in Betrieb, wenn kein Gast erwartet wird. Insgesamt sehr fragwürdig. 79€ für ein dreckiges Zimmer und hatte nachts das Pflegepersonal nicht aufgemacht, hätte ich im Auto schlafen müssen. !!! Es ist kein Hotel. EG-4.OG Pflege Zentrum 5. OG sogenanntes Hotel 6. OG Lounge Das Personal versuchte es wieder gut zu machen, mit freiem Getränk und Einladung zu einer Veranstaltung mit freier Übernachtung in der Zukunft. Gerne hätte ich meine 79€ zurück. Im Nachhinein betrachtet war es ein richtig schlimmer Aufenthalt. Zumal ich alleine eigentlich nur 49€ bezahlt haben müsste - trotzdem hat sie das dreckige Doppelzimmer mit alleinnutzung für 79€ berechnet. Bezahlen musste ich bevor ich die Zimmer sah!
