Lovely hotel with a nice pool, beautiful room and great golf course. There are trails to walk on. The spa was perfect. Only complaint would be the slow service in the restaurant.

No Transfer from airport and the golf costs per session too expensive, since you couldnt rent clubs for the whole time. Beautiful resort, very great area and vers friendly. My wife and I stopped over at Arabella Golf Resort and Spa for three nights. The staff were absolutely amazing, the food brilliant, the breakfast exceptional! In addition I had an accident involving me to be rushed to the emergency section of Mediclinic Hermanus. The duty Supervisor realised the urgency, and treated me whilst the ambulance was en route. Quickly fixed up, the staff Supervisor at Arabella personally drove to collect us and take us back to the hotel at 1.30 in the morning. A very well managed hotel with professional staff that use initiative. Great work Arabella, we will be back. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Er was iets fout gegaan met de betaling bij het boeken van de accomodatie. Ze waren heel star en stug en weinig behulpzaam bij het oplossen. Het personeel over het algemeen niet erg vriendelijk.

Wonderful getaway for the Easter weekend

Lovely, comfortable stay for 2 nights. The resort, grounds and surrounding estuary/ wetlands are beautiful. Welcoming and friendly staff especially in the lounge area. Child friendly which was a major plus for us. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to accomodate you. Awesome breakfasts with a good variety of options. The lady making the flapjacks/ pancakes deserves a shoutout! Absolutely delicious! Not to mention the ladies manning the egg stations! The eggs benedict and omlettes were spot on! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall great facilities and highly recommended. We would definitely return. And not to forgot - the live entertainment both on Saturday and Sunday evening were great! Thank you for an awesome stay Arabella!
