Klaksvík has supermarkets, restaurants, a swimming pool, and easy access to some of the most dramatic scenery in the Faroes. Via the tunnel connections you can reach Tórshavn in under an hour.



The Space:

The apartment is open plan across the main living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob on the island, built-in oven, coffee maker, and kettle. The dining table seats four, and the living room has two leather sofas, a large TV, and a Faroese landscape painting on the wall. A floor-to-ceiling window frames the mountain view directly from the sofa.

There are two bedrooms — one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds pushed together — each with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The apartment has two bathrooms — one with toilet and sink, and a second with shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A wide entrance hall with a full-length mirror connects the rooms.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen and living area, and the entrance hall. The washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom are available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a central and convenient area of Klaksvík. With a grocery store directly across the street and many facilities within walking distance, daily needs are easily covered.



Klaksvík is the second-largest town in the Faroe Islands and offers cafés, restaurants, shops, sports facilities, and scenic walking routes. The surrounding mountains and coastline provide excellent opportunities for outdoor activities close to the apartment.



Getting Around:

Thanks to the central location, it’s easy to get around Klaksvík on foot.



Shops, cafés, and supermarkets: within walking distance



Nature trails and outdoor areas: short walk



Ferry to Kalsoy: approx. 10 minutes by car



Tórshavn: approx. 45 min by car



Public transport is available nearby, and if you’re traveling by car, parking options are available close to the apartment.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please respect the house rules and take out trash before departure.

It is also possible to order a baby cot and a high chair for an additional fee.
