Parking in the multi storey was just around the corner and ok. The suite was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a central downtown location.

We enjoyed our stay. I have two comments. One is regards to the height of the bed. It was a bit difficult to get into bed as I am short. It would have been nice to have a foot stool to make it easier to get in and out of bed. The other comment is regarding the bathtub. Despite having slip stripes on the bottom of the bathtub, I found it still slippery. I would suggest adding a bar to have more stability while taking a shower.

The hotel and the room were great, but the check-in person we dealt with was rude, dismissive, flat out unhelpful. She seemed almost frustrated with us that we arrived for our stay. A man sitting at the bar was offered more direction and helpful information than the employee. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The streets outside were crowded with open air drug use, overflowing garbage cans, and crowds of homeless blocking doors and stairs. Dining in the area offers plenty of choices. We had a few good meals. Parking on Saturday night was free, as we parked our car on the street until 9 and then moved it into the city lot.

The room was very nice it was like an apartment, there wasn’t any hand soap and sponges to wash dishes if staying for a long time. You can park on the street if you can find parking or park in the garage where you do have to pay for. The hotel and restaurant are separate with separate entrances which is nice and felt safe. The only way to get in is by talking to the host in the restaurant. You don’t really talk to staff or see any staff

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice kitchen. It had no windows. Check-in was easy and friendly, but it was odd having no staff on site after the bar closed. The location is central and convenient.

Entry was as stated in the confirmation email and was very easy. Great location to enjoy downtown Guelph. Overnight parking at the municipal garage was easy and very reasonable. Checking out was easy too - just drop the fob off in the box before we exited the building. The price was the best I have ever found in Guelph and the valve was excellent.

Overall penthouse was spacious but access was poor (small staircase, not ideal for elderly folks with suitcases) and there was no storage for clothes and bags. In addition it wasn't obvious/ clear that there is no breakfast - this is bad form and should be stated clearly.

This hotel has no elevators. We had the penthouse suite. It was very large, but there were only a few, high windows, so it felt a bit like a cage...no view onto the street. It was aslo on the 4th floor, so 4 flights of stairs, the last one being veey steep and narrow. The staff was unfriendly at best.

Spacious apartment-style 2br unit with living/dining room offers a comfortable place to relax or work. Kitchen is nice to have. Room viewed the street so there’s some street noise, but not too bad. Self check-in isn’t great as an industry trend (makes addressing any issues [none encountered] more challenging and prevents ability to ask about the area from knowledgeable front desk staff), but was known in advance. Associated restaurant is a bit dull, but lots of other nearby choices.

I stayed on a Monday evening. So it was very quiet. The room, cleanliness and amenities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable. I was ok with this. But just an FYI. There is no elevator, we were on the third floor. I would definitely stay there again

Mini one bedroom apartment

At first it can be confusing as you need to go into the restaurant next door to get checked in but once you realize that, it’s great. There is no parking at the actual hotel, you have to park in the city parking lot which is a 2 min walk from hotel. Not bad just inconvenient. The room we stayed in was like a mini apartment. Very clean and quiet, we stayed in a Monday night. It Had a kitchen area with full size appliances and dishes, an area for a dining table, little sitting area, full size bathroom and a separate bedroom with large closet, dresser and side tables. Ample room for comfort. We will be staying here again.
